HARRISON’S STORY

My love for fitness started in high school when Julian became my PT and started

to help me with my athletic performance for gridiron and later on powerlifting. When I

completed my HSC, I realized my love and passion for helping others with their

health and fitness as I soon began my personal training career journey with Australian

Institute of Personal Training in 2021.

 

During my time playing for the University of Technology Sydney in the Gridiron New South Wales

colts competition and winning 2 state championships,

I fell in love with powerlifting some time after as

I achieved my first state and national record within the AustralianPowerlifting Union.

With my passion and love in powerlifting, I will strive to build a community of powerlifters to be

highly competitive and successful.

 

The Hoops Sports Performance Team comes from my love of strength and conditioning as my goal is to

build athletes and to help them improve to smash their goals whilst reaching top tier levels.

 

Having realized one of the most important things that makes a reliable personal trainer is knowledge and

the skills they are able to provide. Having said this I have sought to continue my education outside of high

school leading to my commencement of a double degree in Exercise Sport Science as well as Nutrition

Science at the Australian Catholic University.

 

Whilst not working, I continue to train and look to achieve my second state and national records for

powerlifting. Whilst not training I enjoy going out with my friends for experiences and adventures as well

as relaxing at home watching netflix and spending time with my family.

 Qualifications: 

·      ASCA Level 1

·      Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science & Nutrition (Current)

·      Cert IV Personal Trainer

·      Australian Powerlifting Union State/National Sub-Junior Bench Press Record u74

·      First Aid & CPR Certified

·      Working with Children’s Check

·      4+ years Experience in Industry
