HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The High Performance program is our all in one premium basketball athlete development program at our flagship, Hoops HQ, located in Castle Hill, Sydney.
The mission is to develop, educate and inspire all basketball players through our integrated program to help them maximize their performance and overall potential on and off the court.

WHAT IS AN INTEGRATED PROGRAM?
Our integrated approach develops a basketball player in all aspects of a development program to ultimately maximize athleticism, skills and on-court performance.
Athlete Performance Testing
A complete basketball athlete performance test that measures your anthropometry, movement, strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning and on-court skills.
Recovery Access
An individualized strength and conditioning program that specifically develops and progresses your overall mobility, strength, speed, explosiveness, agility and endurance.
Nutritional Guideline
A progressive basketball skills on-court program that will help you with the small details of footwork, ball handling, shooting, passing, finishing and defense.
Hoops Workshops
A recovery area with recovery boots, zero gravity chairs, ice baths, massage guns, foam rollers and more to maximize restoration to recharge quickly and prepare for your upcoming training and games.
Strength & Conditioning
A nutrition area for you to hydrate and refuel your body to help you maximize their recovery and training results. Athlete recommended pre-workout and post-workout snacks and drinks will be available.
Basketball Skills
Basketball high performance workshops are run from a variety of professionals to provide you a deeper understanding of strength and conditioning, skills and IQ, pain management, nutrition and recovery plans, and more.
