Our goal is to educate and develop you with our 5 pillars of performance which are movement, strength, power, speed and conditioning. The combination of general and specific basketball strength and conditioning programs will improve you as an overall athlete and player. An athletic performance test must be done to ensure the program is a specific and tailored focus plan that will maximize your long term results.
Free Athletic Performance Test
We believe in helping our athletes to the small details through a comprehensive athletic performance test. We do this by running through our athlete testing protocols by identifying individual strengths, weaknesses and any red flags. Your first step of reaching your athletic milestones begins with us, with booking your free initial test.
The Athletic Performance Test goes through five stages of a well thought goal that takes into consideration your journey as an athlete or a new player.
1. Athletic & Injury History - To support individual limitations to prevent any avoidable injuries and prepare for a rounded strength development.
2. Movement Assessment - To improve your overall on-court game we focus on assessing and understanding your mobility.
3. Strength & Power - To empower your performance by analysing your game strategy by gradually increasing strength and then adding power.
4. Speed & Agility - To ensure your acceleration, deceleration and agility are in alignment with your game requirements so you can achieve your goals faster.
5. Conditioning - Any high performance athlete requires a consistent conditioning plan to support the performance and the needs of the athlete in any sport. Don’t worry! We heavily focus on conditioning to ensure our athletes are pain free and on top of their game.

Basketball is a chaotic and complex sport where there is a higher risk of injury and pain for those players who do not possess basic athletic qualities. At Hoops, we know exactly how to train a wide range of basketball players to build movement literacy, strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, skill and mindset to decrease the risk of potential non-contact injuries.
We have a seamless process that takes into account movement preparation, plyometrics, resistance training, speed and agility work, cardiovascular training, resilience training, nutrition and more to meet the highly anaerobic demands of basketball. Our individualized approach allows the athletes to maximize their physical and mental abilities on the court.
We blend the sport science and the art of coaching to processes in break down and refine the strengths and weaknesses of our basketball players. We ensure there is no compromise in fun when training. We believe in building a continuous community of basketball players at any level wanting to improve their performance and game. We are a team of expert and qualified professional coaches who check your parameters in Body Composition, Movement, Strength, Power, Speed & Agility and Endurance.
